The demand for quality surveying work in Northern Ontario has led SOS to expand into other markets. In August, SOS opened an office in New Liskeard, ON to serve the surveying needs in that region.
Many local companies have responded well in the area. Our Northern Ontario team has already completed big jobs related to mining claims, heavy industrial layouts, engineering and topographic surveys, severances and surveying crown land.
You can expect the same client treatment and signature orange SOS Jeeps in the North as you do in Southwestern Ontario.
Heading the whole operation in the area is SOS regional manager Ryan Seguin.
Meet Ryan Seguin
Ryan came to work for SOS to develop the company’s presence near his northern hometown of New Liskeard. Ryan graduated from the University of New Brunswick with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree (Geodesy & Geomatics) in 2006.
After graduation, Ryan obtained his cadastral licence from the Association of Ontario Land Surveyors in 2009. Ryan is also a licensed professional engineer in Ontario.
Ryan is pleased to be part of a successful team of survey professionals while being able to live and work in the community he calls home.
